This edition was dedicated to the Culture of Innovation , a culture on which the company bases its success. Innovation is to Google what the secret recipe is to Coca-Cola, it is what makes them great. In this case, Google expresses that there is no secret formula, but there are some basic principles to make your company an innovative company. Here they are:
