he Government of Ivanovo Region has begun large-scale development of the electronic document management system (EDMS): automation will cover 27 institutions in the Priority document management system (Prioritet SDU) on the Docsvision platform.

The project is aimed at connecting new participating organizations as operators to the channels of interdepartmental electronic document management (MEDO) and increasing the efficiency of preparing responses to citizens' requests, including integration with the information resource SSTU.RF and the Feedback Platform (POS).

It will be easier for responsible employees to publish information in a timely manner thanks to the automated data transfer.

Integration with the "Feedback Platform" is envisaged in accordance with the requirement of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia to provide information on the work with citizens' requests. Information will be uploaded from the EDI to the POS in the data mart format.

The electronic document management system of the Government of Ivanovo Oblast based on the Priority data management system has been operating since 2011 and provides work for more than 700 users.

The Priority Document Management System on the Docsvision platform is a fully Russian solution from Digital Design for organizing document management. The system is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases and is widely used in federal and regional government bodies, state corporations, and government agencies. The Priority Document Management System allows automating various business processes, is integrated with government information systems, including MEDO, SSTU, and POS, and complies with Russian legislation in terms of requirements for functionality, information technology, and information security.
