Sales automation functionality helps you save more time by automating recurring activities.

Within the Pro plan, we have seven automation models available, divided into five categories:

Task Automations – A new task will be created automatically when an opportunity moves from one step to another or is created in the sales funnel . This task will be created for a sales team or for the pre-selected salesperson.

An example of how this works in practice: a new opportunity has arrived in the funnel and needs a first contact activity, such as: call, so this task will be created for the selected salesperson.

Email Automations: An email will be sent automatically when a lead is created or moves from one step of the funnel to another. You must have a default email template pre-configured.

You can then set up automation to send that email to Opportunity or a CRM user address.

Example: When an opportunity moves to the closing phase and you need to send them the contract. This email can be sent automatically with this setting.

Another example: When you create a new opportunity , you can automate a welcome email, introducing the salesperson who will be serving you and sharing a link that will help you with the negotiation.

Primary Responsible Automations: You can automatically switch the salesperson responsible for the opportunity whenever an opportunity moves out of a funnel stage or when the opportunity has been unengaged for a certain period of time.

A practical example: when a pre-sales person transfers the opportunity to the sales phase and the person responsible for the opportunity must be changed.

You can set this up to happen automatically, so your SDR doesn't have to take any manual actions and can focus on other skills.

Another example: When a new opportunity is created in the funnel, but the responsible salesperson does not contact the customer within a specific time frame, for example 2 hours, that opportunity can be automatically routed to another salesperson and distributed up to 3 times.

Automation to move opportunities: When a custom field is updated, the opportunity is automatically moved from one stage of the funnel to another.

In practice: The moment a salesperson completes a custom field that serves as a trigger or qualification to move to the next stage, the opportunity will automatically move through the funnel, reducing manual work for your team.
