The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region has fully satisfied the claim of Yekaterinburg-2000 LLC (the legal entity of the cellular operator Motiv) against the manufacturer of telecommunications equipment Ericsson AB, according to the court's card index.
On 15 June, the applicant requested an injunction to prevent Ericsson from continuing the proceedings against the company at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The court granted the request on 15 November.

"If Ericsson AB continues to ignore the court decision, it will have to pay Yekaterinburg-2000 LLC a court penalty," the operator's representative added.
As reported, its amount could amount to 774.5 thousand euros.
"Ekaterinburg-2000" is ready to consider any disputes and claims, but in compliance with the norms of Russian legislation, the company emphasized.
The Motiv Group operates in the regions of the Ural Federal District and has been operating since 1996. The total service area is 1.5 million square kilometers. The operator has 2.5 million subscribers. In addition, the group is developing an online store selling electronics.
