Now financial authorities will be able to open and maintain personal accounts of recipients of funds, indicate contract identifiers in electronic documents for separate accounting of the results of financial and economic activity for each contract, generate information on transactions with target funds in electronic form, receive information on the stages of the process of processing the declared need according to the single window principle, and participants in treasury support will be able to automatically generate applications for payment of expenses.

The interaction of participants in authorizing transactions with targeted funds, as well as the exchange of documents between the financial authority, the recipient of funds and the participants in treasury support will be carried out electronically.
