In response to Elena Demidova's post , I decided to write about why a healthy person's SMM specialist can't manage 10-15 accounts at a time? This is a longread, but it can change your perception of working in SMM.

What do SMM specialists themselves think about the number of accounts per person?
A sad picture emerges. Most participants voted for 2-3 accounts, the bravest for 5-6, and then it's all a dead end. Not a glass, but a concrete ceiling. And so we hang around for years at the same level of indonesia email list employment and - what's important! - income.

The bravest and most desperate open agencies after 5-6 clients, but even here it is not all roses. With the appearance of employees and agency expenses:

income is falling, prices need to be raised;
by raising prices, more time and effort is spent on sales, active advertising is already needed to ensure turnover and simply keep the agency afloat;
and even 20 employees do not relieve the founder of his responsibilities: everything and everyone must be closely monitored. An SMM agency is not a factory - it falls apart with a single kick.
So, to expand the pool of clients, we have to work harder in our agency, spend more, and it is not a fact that we earn more. And we also have to do recruitment, accounting, marketing, and the office.

In the agency business, it's cool at the very top, where there are top brands and million-dollar budgets. But their circle is small, competition is strong, their teeth are sharp, and the average ones (90% of agencies) simply work hard.
