There are limits to the number of accounts, properties, and views that can be added investors email lists to Google Analytics, as follows:

Properties Limit 50
View Limit 25
Be sure to add no more than the limit.

When granting permissions, it is important to select and grant the minimum necessary permissions from the four permission levels: user management, editing, sharing settings, and viewing and analysis. For example, if you give everyone permission to view and edit all data, it may lead to situations where data you do not want them to see is viewed, or data or users are accidentally deleted.
