Log in to Google Analytics
Click on Management in the bottom left corner . The following screen will appear.
Manage: Click Tracking Info
Click on Tracking Information . The following screen will be displayed. The UA-xxxxxxxx-x character string above is your tracking ID.

Next, open the General Settings of All in One SEO in WordPress and open the Google settings .

Paste this tracking ID into the Google Analytics ID
field. And you're done!
When you log in, the following screen will be displayed
