There are questions asked by potential customers, the answers are already available on our website or official social media pages.


They are more comfortable asking questions. It's possible that they are suspicious bc data taiwan of us and want to see how we serve them. If our service is good, then they will do business with us. Just imagine, if in a day you receive hundreds of messages with inquiries. Of those hundreds of messages that come in, not all of them will become customers. Some of them will just ask questions and after they get the information they are looking for, they will be silent.


For simple inquiries, you can just outsource this work to someone else. Only when there are emails that require you to respond personally, then you do it yourself. Sometimes, out of 50 emails that come into your inbox, only 3 – 5 are really important that require action from you. The rest, are not so important, but you still need to respond to create a good impression . Sometimes I find it strange that some so-called entrepreneurs proudly share screenshots of their inboxes on social media. They say there are hundreds of unanswered and unopened messages.
