The system integrator "Raitek DTG" has implemented a project to switch from "1C:UPP" to "1C:ERP. Holding Management" for one of the city-forming enterprises in the Volga Federal District - the Borsky Plant of Commercial Equipment.

Borskiy Plant of Trade Equipment LLC is a large Russian manufacturer with a full production cycle in key areas for retail, including shelving, cash registers, refrigeration equipment and other solutions.
, with a total of over 2,500 azerbaijan whatsapp number databa se employees. A single information space created by integrating "1C:ERP.UH" with CAD/CAM, CRM and other platforms makes it possible to track the write-off of materials, equipment loading, labor costs in real time, and eliminate data duplication.

In addition, the transition from the outdated 1C:UPP to a modern system facilitates more efficient management of reference information, allows for centralized control of purchases, interdepartmental and intradepartmental production management, optimizes logistics, and conducts scenario planning for the sales department.

An important result of the project is the automation of key business processes - cost calculation, deviation control, regulated accounting and electronic document management, as well as the approval of administrative, legal and other internal documents based on "1C:Document Management".

The project allowed the oldest enterprise in the region to significantly optimize business processes: reduce equipment downtime by 30%, increase the volume of manufactured products by 20% and reduce labor costs at the enterprise, as well as reduce the volume of material stocks by 15% and reduce production costs and manufacturing defects by 10%.

"At the start of the project, 1C:UPP was deployed at the enterprise and calculation tables in MS Excel were used. The project ensured the integration of diverse systems - 1C:ERP. Holding Management and the production planning system of a foreign manufacturer. The integration covered various processes at the enterprise, such as production planning, inventory management, and cost accounting. As a result, centralized production planning and end-to-end planning were implemented at all sites, which allowed the plant to reduce production lead times," commented Yevgeny Vergazov, Managing Partner of Raitek DTG.

The implemented project won the eighth international competition of corporate automation projects for management and accounting "1C: Project of the Year 2023" in the nomination "Best Regional Project". The competition "1C: Project of the Year" is held annually, this year it collected 381 applications. 319 projects were admitted to participation after a thorough check. The main goal of the project is to identify advanced users and partners who have achieved significant success in digitalization and implementation of solutions of the "1C: Enterprise 8" system.

According to Anton Kulaev, Managing Partner of Raitek DTG, winning the competition is one of the ways to confirm expertise to clients and partners not only in Russia but also abroad. And this is especially relevant in a rapidly changing market," he note
