Expert opinion
HR Director of the Research Institute of Artificial Intelligence Maria Zvonareva believes that the results of the study reflect current trends in the labor market: "We are seeing an increase in the number of AI-related vacancies in various industries. Of course, the labor market is being transformed by technology and AI skills are becoming increasingly in demand. This does not necessarily mean that traditional professions will disappear, but it is expected that specialists will increasingly need knowledge of the basics of AI to work effectively."
Sergey Akhmetov, CEO of the HRTech company Potok, agreed that companies are increasingly looking for candidates with experience in AI technologies (generative neural networks, ChatGPT, etc.). "Back in 2023, the number of vacancies requiring skills in working with neural networks and ChatGPT increased more than 10 times, which clearly demonstrates the growing demand for specialists with experience in this field," he said.
"The HR industry is also changing, job seekers themselves are already encountering AI tools during their job search. According to Potok statistics, 38% of companies are already using AI and generative networks in their work with personnel, 26% are testing them. We are confident that by 2025, more than half of companies will use AI to select candidates," noted Sergey Akhmetov.
Alexander Krushinsky, Director of the Voice Digital Technologies Department at BSS LLC, believes that these statistics from the study look plausible: "Training neural networks requires labeling large volumes of training datasets. This is a massive undertaking, and this is what trainers and data labelers do."
