rrespondent that the company has all the necessary competencies to implement the MES project and is waiting for the RFRIT decision on a new contractor.

Probably due to the change of the contractor, the project period was extended by four months. In December 2023, in the protocol on the conclusion of a grant agreement with JSC "Zhirovoy Kombinat", RFRIT indicated November 30, 2026 as the project implementation period (this date is still listed on the RFRIT website).

But on October 11, 2024, during bosnia and herzegovina whatsapp resource the demo day of the Industrial Competence Center "Agro-Industrial Complex", Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and head of the industry committee "Agro-Industrial and Fisheries Complexes" Maxim Titov reported that the project of JSC "Fat and Oil Plant" will be completed in March 2027. The Industrial Competence Center "Agro-Industrial Complex" (ICC "APC") has put forward three initiatives worth 1.077 billion rubles as particularly significant projects (ISP) of the second wave. Two projects are applying for grants in the amount of 50% of the total costs: 343 million and 25 million rubles. In the first wave of ICP, this ICC has six projects, five of which involve grants.

Not everything is decided yet
According to Leonid Delitsyn, an analyst at Finam, the development of an MES system for a large manufacturing holding includes production and business analytics, model building, technical specifications, development, support, and integration with an ERP system. He believes that such a project can last from a year or more, and changing the developer is highly undesirable.

"However, a stressful situation is possible when the customer, let's say, is limited in terms of time - and not by internal business needs, but by external orders, and for the integrator the project loses its appeal. Such a situation opens up opportunities for new suppliers and integrators to enter the market," concluded Leonid Delitsyn.

Maxim Ravba, CEO of Rusagro Tech LLC, said in August 2024: "The project to develop an MES system is of great importance for our company, since it not only improves the management of production processes and increases competitiveness, but can also become an industry solution applicable to other organizations in the agro-industrial complex."

With the grant support of the RFRIT, the Rusagro Group together with GeomirAgro LLC is implementing another particularly significant project - the implementation of the Russian agricultural production management system based on the cloud service "Field History". Its first stage was completed on February 29, 2024. The final deadline for the implementation of this project is November 2025, and the total cost is 670 million rubles, of which 560 million rubles were provided by the RFRIT grant.
