Following several months of investigations by the Public Prosecutor's Office for the alleged commission of several irregularities, the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and the National Court have launched an operation against the Spanish technology group Zed Worldwide .
Javier Pérez Dolset , founder of the video and mobile application production company, was one of those arrested during the development of the so-called Operation Hanta . A process in which possible crimes of insolvency and fraud in subsidies are being investigated , as confirmed by legal sources collected by the newspaper El Mundo .
It should be noted that Zed Worldwide was owned by Grupo Planeta, which belgium phone number held 25% of the shares and invested 120 million euros. The company declared bankruptcy in 2016.
The investigating judge of the National Court, Manuel García-Castellón, has also initiated investigations into Mauricio Casals , president of the newspaper La Razón .
