Benetton complements omnichannel with the #playchange project

Radio host Andrea Delogu , TV presenter Stefano di Martino and social media stars Giulia Paglianiti, Davide Vavalà and Anna Ciati are the five personalities.

"We are one of the first brands to experiment with generalized omnichannel, that is, circularity between the physical world-metaverse-physical world," explains Antonio Patrissi , digital director of Benetton Group.

"The goal is to offer a dimensional bridge between the present and the future, between the real and the virtual , through an increasingly immersive brand experience and, above all, closer to the language of young people," he continues.
