Please note that WPForms does not display HTML code in the form builder preview. To preview the fields and make sure everything is correct, you can first save your changes and click Preview.

Now let's check if the tooltip HTML snippet is working properly. Just hover over the text and wait a few seconds for the tooltip to appear.

When you are satisfied with the results, you can return to the form builder to complete the form.

Form notification and confirmation settings are already set in WPForms. However, if you want to customize them, go to Settings, then Notifications or Confirmations.
