Like Google Advertising, you can create search and shopping campaigns in Bing. Display is not yet available as a format.
As mentioned at the beginning, there are different ways of creating campaigns.
Option 1: Import Google Ads campaigns
To import Google Ads campaigns, you'll find the "Import Campaigns" tab in the menu bar at the top. This field will open:

You can also select multiple accounts in one step, including the associated campaigns of your choice.
However, you should definitely check your campaign settings after importing! Google and Bing interpret the language settings of campaigns and ad groups differently.

Option 2: Creating a new Bing campaign
If you're creating a completely new campaign, you can use the Bing Editor. We'll cover that later. First, I'd like to show you the basic settings.
They define:
Campaign name
Campaign daily budget
Location
Language

Unlike Google, the language setting is not based on the browser settings of the targeted users. This means that with the language setting, you specify the language of the ad text and the target audience:
In the first step, Bing checks whether the set language allows an application in a specific country or region.
In the next step, Bing checks the set location target.
