The activities to be carried out are:

Analysis and reclassification of the balance sheet , in order to simplify the reading and interpretation of the balance sheet data and evaluate whether the expenses incurred have covered the investments made and left profit margins.
Comparative analysis , that is, comparing the previous year's balance sheet with the current one to evaluate the evolution of the company's performance.
Budget or forecast balance sheet, predict what the income and expenditure lawyer data may be in the future financial year, usually the budget is drawn up in November so as to define the objectives, investments and company resources for the following year.
Deviation analysis is carried out every three months and is used to verify how much what was predicted differs from what actually occurred.

The function of management analysis does not have a specific figure within the company, in fact it can be carried out by three key figures who are the entrepreneur who is the one who manages the business.
