Developing a feed and adding it to Google Ads

Feed is a file that contains information about your products. From here, the system will be able to add current information about the items that people are interested in to the ads.

The feed contains the product ID, the URL of the product page, and the URL of the image. You can add other information here, such as cost, price with discount, etc. But remember about the limit of 7 standard and 12 additional attributes.

Once the file is ready, you need to upload it to Google Ads. Find the "Commercial data" section in the part time data settings and go to "Data feeds". Click on the plus and add the file:

If there are errors in the feed, the service will notify you. Usually, the following problems arise during setup:

A few errors can be fixed manually, but if there are many, it's easier to upload a new feed with the correct information.

Please note: it takes about three days to approve a file. If the process takes a week, you should contact Google Ads technical support.
