It's a special time in your customers' lives that comes once a year, and offering them a deal, gift, or some other exciting benefit can help you realize benefits in both brand recognition and revenue for your business.

A few strategic ideas immediately come to mind:

Reactivate old customers with a birthday offer.
Attract new customers with a birthday offer for those whose birthdays are this week or this month.
