How do you know how profitable your ads are? Are your potential customers on social media?

Standard features of the Google Analytics service allow you to find out:

— what traffic comes to the site from social networks;

- what percentage of visitors make purchases online or perform other target actions.

By combining Google Analytics with UIS (CoMagic) call tracking , you can understand how effective your sales funnel is with an input link in social networks and what percentage of these visitors make calls to your company.

1. Look at traffic data in Google Analytics
This will allow you to determine telegram db from which sources visitors come to the site.

To do this:

Open the "Traffic Sources" category in the left panel.
Click "All Traffic - Source/Medium".

Scroll down the page and you will see the different channels your traffic comes from.

Other columns in this table will contain information about the number of users (including new ones), their actions and conversion percentage.

By default, the service displays a report on all users and advertising channels. This allows you to compare how effective social media ads are compared to other traffic sources.

At the same time, Google Analytics functionality allows you to obtain a report only for certain user segments and for individual channels.

Don't waste your advertising budget

2. Narrow the audience. Look at reports on individual segments
Google Analytics distinguishes different user segments (free traffic, paid traffic, repeat users, new users, etc.). Filtering by these parameters will show which category of users comes to the site from social networks.

To see all standard segments, go to the Audience category and select Overview in the left panel of the service. Click the Add Segment button.
