Telegram and Viber mailings are free in LiveTex for Advanced Tariff users. If clients have previously contacted you via Viber or Telegram in LiveTex, simply upload the IDs of the users you want to send a message to. The user ID can be viewed in the Operator's Application and in your personal account in the "History" section. You can read more about creating a mailing in our knowledge base.
