OKRs planning Q4'24
This week we worked as a team, mostly in person, to define SquadS Holding 's OKRs at three levels: holding, portfolio startups, and individual OKRs. For me, this was the best moment of the quarter, because it is the space where we seek to align the entire team 100%. It is a process in which everyone participates, gives their opinion, and votes, which reinforces the importance of each perspective.
This Q we added more depth to the individual OKRs, making sure that each person understands how their work directly contributes to meeting the goals of SquadS and the startups. It's going to be a super challenging quarter, but I feel like the team is completely aligned and everyone knows exactly what they need to accomplish.
SquadS BA Month: 1:1s Conversations, Team Building, Culture
These past few weeks have been a real challenge in terms of time management, but also an incredible opportunity to connect with over 20 Squaders who came from Mexico, Bolivia, Colombia, and the interior of Argentina. I had over 15 1:1 meetings every week, and something very powerful happens when we are face to face: topics that had not come up before are raised, and transparency flows in a different way to reinforce the main Value we have: “Build Trust.”
This space also allowed us to face some fears that some Squaders have, something completely understandable because they are young entrepreneurs and are taking their first steps. That is where our contribution and coaching comes in, to guide and support them in their growth.
