Websites can be an excellent employee , if you take care of their development. After all, you also choose the receptionist who will welcome your customers based on a careful selection process. But be careful, many companies do not realize that a poorly designed website can harm your business. Just like an irresponsible receptionist or a technician without knowledge and expertise. You wouldn't let such people work for you and ruin your company's reputation, would you?

An important foundation is to develop your site based on the data you have about and from your customers. (We've written about the website being the best sales representative here .

In order to use the full potential of a website , you need to ask yourself how the website actually fits into your business process in your company. Does it affect sales? In what way and how much? If the website is overseas chinese in worldwide data to generate demand /LEADS/orders for you, then you need to invest the necessary time and money in its development. On the other hand, if the website only figures in your business process as a verification that the company exists and the website “looks a certain way” and the customer only goes there to get in touch, then there is no point in investing huge amounts in the website. However, it still applies that you need to know WHY you have individual information/graphics, etc. on the website.

The website must speak to customers in a way that is unique to customers . Only then will it be conversion-oriented, i.e. it will sell your services. The motto “Our customer, our master” applies in business more than ever before. Customers need to be able to navigate your website, find the necessary information and take the desired action . They must not fumble around, search for something complicated, etc. – otherwise they will leave the website.
