This will lead to a malfunction in any of the following cases:

The stirrer does not rotate
They are usually driven by the air flow used to cool the magnetron. If they do not spin, the food will not cook evenly. Either the center support is dirty and sticking, or the air path is compromised, usually due to loose roof lining fasteners. The air exerts a slight force on the stirrer, sometimes the stirrers spin freely by hand, but not freely enough to spin in the air flow.
Remove the roof lining, thoroughly clean the stirrer mount, install the lining in place. Do not lubricate the central support, it only gets clogged with dirt.
In some older machines, the main fan was driven by the turntable/stirrer using long rubber bands.
Impossible to cook
Everything seems to work, but it is not possible to heat up food.
All of the above are common offenders, from most to least common.
The easiest way to find the problem is to test each component in the resistance range with a multimeter. Typically the problem is a shorted or leaking component or an open high voltage fuse.
If you can't find the problem but you have a scrap metal car uae telegram data and are willing to try something,
The high voltage diode is the most common defect, it is easy to replace and in most cases one of the random cores will do. It must be installed correctly or the oven will not cook.
Capacitors
HVs also fail frequently, they are often easy to replace, and random replacement often works but is not guaranteed.
High voltage fuses also often fail.
Fire
Microwave fires look bad, but if the door is OK and the outside of the machine is OK, repairs are usually simple. Clean the cooking chamber thoroughly and the machine will usually work fine again.
It is often necessary to replace a burnt waveguide cover or roof sheathing. You can test it without them first. If the cover is reusable, it requires very thorough cleaning or it will fail.
