Design and Review: According to the client’s needs, designers develop preliminary designs for refrigerator magnets. The client suggests modifications to the preliminary design, and the designer makes the changes and requests approval from the client.
Mold making. The designer makes the mold based on the approved drawings. After the mold is made, inspection and adjustments are made to ensure the quality of the mold.
According to the design requirements for the fridge magnet, the corresponding materials are prepared. The material is cut into the desired shape using a stamping machine.
Stamping and forming. Put the cut material into the stamping machine for stamping and forming. Through stamping and forming, the metal material takes the shape of a refrigerator magnet.
