Creating Clips with LiveCut - Common Errors and Warnings

Error: "Upload failed"

This can happen occasionally when trying to create a clip. Occasional clip failures are not unexpected with LiveCut. This can be caused by the volume of clips created in your account, a degraded Internet connection in your area, network congestion, or other temporary issues.

Sometimes trying to completely recreate the media, or making minor modifications to it, can successfully create a clip. To modify a clip that failed to upload:

Click the clip in the LiveCut Clips list.
Click Edit Media, then adjust the start or end time of the clip by a few frames.
Click Save and see if the clip was created successfully.
