Using a dashboard in your company has many advantages.

Mainly, they provide you with convenience and speed in knowing what is happening in your company. Your coworkers can use them to optimize their daily work. And in general, they are a very powerful productivity tool.

Let's take a look at some of the strengths of a dashboard:

Overview of your company
The main function of a dashboard for your company is to have all the information at a glance.

Imagine for a moment that you are using a CRM to manage your sales (like Vendomia). While the CRM can give you detailed reports of everything that happens in your sales process, having one place to go to see the summarized information is much more convenient.

Maybe you want to know how many sales you've made each day during the week. Or maybe you want to see what invoices you have pending so you can call clients. You might even want to see the status of your sales funnels .

With a dashboard, you can set everything up in one place, without having to access each section separately and filter through information by hand.

Saving time and costs
Along the same lines as the previous advantage, a centralized thai phone numbers control panel will save you time and money. If you configure it well, you can have all the important information to carry out your day-to-day operations.

Quickly, and avoiding making mistakes.

An example of this is what we do at Vendomia. In my case, I use a dashboard for each main aspect of the company:

Billing and collections
Sales
Documentation
Blog and marketing
In each section, I have taken the time to define what information I need to know. For example, in billing, I am interested in knowing the pending invoices in order to collect them. Or in the marketing section, I want to have all the pending blog articles to write on hand.

Communication across the company team
Dashboards also help improve collaboration with your coworkers, especially when completing important tasks and responding to emergencies.

Take for example the activities of any other day. Normally in a company you have a series of tasks scheduled to be carried out, in order of priority.

Having a desktop made especially for these tasks makes it easy for you, because it tells you what you need to do at all times.

If your coworkers also use a team activity dashboard, everyone can check the progress of a project without having to interrupt others.
