Have your company's image examined to see how "women-friendly" or "equal" it is. Make the survey anonymous, as this will result in more honest answers. Examine this question in relation to internal and external target groups.


Based on your investigation, you will see brazil rcs data where the weak points and potential lie - this can be as pragmatic (for example, inflexible working models) as it is emotional ("macho culture"). This may sound unpleasant, but it is an important step in being able to work on the organization.


Formulate a goal, your attitude and your actions
What is your position with regard to equality? What do you want to achieve? What do you want to convey? What are you working on? The more precisely you formulate this and the longer term you can set it, the more credibly you will be able to communicate.


Seize the opportunity and take a proactive stance on equality and the advancement of women in your company. Your organization doesn't have to be perfect to be able to do this - but people have to feel that you honestly want to develop, change and open up. If you wait to communicate until you are 100% perfect, then the chance to differentiate yourself is guaranteed to disappear.
