tracking veto
By default, the EMM records email openings and link clicks of recipients on a personal basis. However, according to GDPR, the recipient must have a choice. The system profile field "sys_tracking_veto" for objecting to tracking was introduced in the EMM. This enables the collection of statistical data, but not personal data. Personal tracking can also be switched off completely. Objectors to tracking can also be removed retroactively from the database.

information report
With the current GDPR, every newsletter recipient has the right namibia phone number data to receive information about the data stored by them in machine-readable form. To make this easier, the EMM now offers an information report. This can be generated for each recipient with just one click. The information report can be accessed under Recipients and Actions.

Export Activity Log
According to the GDPR, user data must generally be exportable. This also applies to activity logs of the work steps of EMM users. Exporting this data is now possible in the EMM.

A summary of our GDPR innovations can also be found in our article E-mail marketing GDPR compliant – How it works .

Further innovations
You can always find the latest innovations in the EMM at the top next to the help under the “News” button. All major and minor changes are listed here in chronological order.

Of course, we are already developing further extensions and features or are about to launch them. We will also be happy to present our annual highlights to you at the dmxco in Cologne. We will tell you more about this in the coming weeks.

Even though our EMM already offers a wide range of functions, we are always open to new ideas and suggestions on how we can make our software even better. If you can think of a function or feature that would significantly improve your work in EMM, we look forward to receiving your suggestions at .
