Down syndrome is not a stain

Every once in a while a creation appears that you don't know what it's about. The question "what did the author mean?" is not enough. You are left with shock and disbelief as to how someone could come up with such a strange idea.

Since this morning, the above photo by Dorota Zawadzka has been circulating on Facebook. I assume that the person who came up with this slogan spent hours delving into the disease. They know the subject inside and out. So I sit in front iran rcs data of the computer and try to find the second meaning, something that will allow me to understand this slogan. Defend it. Maybe it's my lack of competence, but I can't find anything like that. I can't find common ground between the stain and the disease. Can you help?

This is not the only creation in the campaign.

A much more successful slogan (photo by Michał Gąsior from blog.oslawiony.pl). There is also a third one: “Down syndrome is a dream that only I like”. The most complicated one. It allows us to think that the authors of the campaign really wanted to speak about the disease in an unconventional way.
