Over the course of seventy years, the APP has gone through three stages of development:

ACS – automatic control systems and ARS – automatic regulation systems;

ACS – automation systems for telegram in the philippines technological processes;

ACS TP – automated process control systems.

At the first stage, the machine park was automated. On such equipment, the production of the part was carried out without human participation, but its installation and removal was carried out by the operator, i.e. there is a combination of mechanization and automation of production. In fully automatic machines or assembly machines for loading and unloading, a person was no longer involved. At the next stage, the operator was gradually removed from setting up the technological equipment for the production of the first part, as well as from further adjustments during work.

If several automatic machines are combined into a line, a more advanced level of automation is obtained. Their use in mass or large-scale entrepreneurship leads to a significant increase in the economic effect. Automation of industrial production and processes in the mechanical engineering industry until the middle of the last century affected exclusively mass production, and only in the 50s this innovation began to be introduced into individual and small-scale business through the use of machines with numerical program control.

Development of automation of production processes

In the conditions of the 21st century, production must be flexible and mobile, since it is very often necessary to switch to the release of new products. It is desirable to carry out this process in a short time and with minimal costs. The use of CNC machine tools helps to cope with the task. This allows for a quick readjustment of the technological process when changing the size or nomenclature of the manufactured products. The advantages of this production include a reduction in time spent at the preparatory-final and auxiliary stages, automation of work operations, and the reduction of manual labor to the installation and removal of the part.

The modern level of automation systems of production processes is in the multi-level interaction of machines and people, based on the work of automatic data collection systems and powerful computing complexes. The economic realities of our time allow those industrial enterprises to be leaders that flexibly and promptly respond to changing conditions, are able to produce a wide range, carry out rapid release of new products in accordance with different standards, and fulfill all orders on time and in full. At the same time, the cost of products is competitive, and the quality is high. It is impossible to meet all these requirements without the use of the latest automation tools and systems.
