The Ministry of Energy is actively working in this direction to fulfill the President's order within the specified time frame," he said.

Independent expert Vadim Plesskiy believes that the creation and use of a single Gostech platform and a common state cloud platform can reduce the cost of development and speed up the digitalization process. "The stated deadlines look realistic, but will require the coordinated work of all mechanisms. The topic is relevant, and if earlier the option of creating and using a common platform was not considered, now the time has come. The creation of such a system can be estimated at 300-400 million rubles," the expert believes.
