Now, if we rule out sending mass emails, there are many other reasons why your emails could be arriving as spam. And they are not necessarily related to the use you are making of your account.

To avoid this problem, you should choose a more reputable hosting server or switch to a superior alternative such as email management through Google or Microsoft.

2 - Lack of authentication settings:
Email authentication techniques are used to verify the identity of the sender of an email and confirm that the email has not been modified during transmission.

Authentication techniques include DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), Sender Policy Framework (SPF), and Domain-based Message Authentication Framework (DMARC).

By using email authentication techniques, legitimate senders can ensure that their emails are delivered to the intended recipients and are not blocked by spam filters. Additionally, these techniques help protect email recipients from fraud, spam, and phishing.
