These results were shown by the beeline cloud study, which was timed to coincide with the opening of the Deep Cloud Dive conference. The results of this survey were presented by Alexander Mikhalyuk, product director for beeline cloud at PJSC VimpelCom, opening the discussion at the section "Localization in the Cloud sphere: migration to the Russian cloud".

Infrastructure Department bangladesh whatsapp resource at JSC System Electric, shared his experience of transferring the entire IT infrastructure to the cloud. In his opinion, this was largely due to his previous experience when the company was part of the international company Schneider Electric, where transfer to the cloud was an important element of corporate policy in the IT sphere.

The main driver of the total transfer of the entire IT infrastructure to the cloud, as Sergey Tolpyshev explained, was the difficulties with the availability of IT and telecommunications equipment on the Russian market and its technical support. As a result, according to him, the transition to a hybrid architecture in Sistem Elektrik will not begin before 2024.

IT Infrastructure Manager at Unilever-Rus, Aleksandr Kotelov, spoke about the experience of localizing a company that was also a division of an international corporation and where the focus was on the widest possible use of clouds. According to him, there was simply no local IT infrastructure. "When the Russian division of Unilever was spun off, the management chose the transition to the Russian cloud as the optimal path for localization," Aleksandr Kotelov said. "The main driver for choosing this IT model was problems with the equipment."

However, unlike Systems Electric, Unilever-Rus, as stated by Alexander Kotelov, used a hybrid and multi-cloud architecture - this depends on the specifics of a particular service. He also noted that each cloud provider has its own strengths and weaknesses. However, the downside, as the specialist stated, is the complexity of managing a multi-cloud infrastructure, which is also largely manual. He rated the quality of services from Russian providers quite highly, especially noting that domestic market players are actively adding new functions and eliminating problems.

Arenadata IT Director Anton Chevychalov noted the fact that a trend of transition to clouds has formed in Russia, but two questions remain: the transfer of "large" solutions and regulation. But here the assessment of the Arenadata representative was optimistic: in his opinion, the position of regulators, although conservative, is generally adequate, and technical difficulties are being resolved literally before our eyes. Alexander Mikhalyuk also noted that the wary attitude towards clouds on the part of Russian regulators began to change rapidly in 2022, which had a positive impact on the market.

Dmitry Yudin, Director of Business Development at Flant, named not only regulation by government agencies, but also contradictions with internal corporate regulations as no less of a challenge for cloud development. And in general, in his opinion, it is still a big question whether clouds, especially public ones, are ready to host productive services. In addition, the Flant representative drew attention to the difficulties with transferring services from one cloud to another or local data centers. Although, as Dmitry Yudin emphasized, where a quick launch of a product to the market is required, clouds have proven their effectiveness and usefulness.
