Articles must be original (submitted articles cannot have been published anywhere else). They must not be submitted to more than one publication simultaneously.

Must be original (any work or words from other authors or bulk sms usa sources must have been properly credited and referenced).

Articles in Portuguese, English, French, Italian and Spanish will be accepted.

The texts will be evaluated in advance by the Editorial Board of Revista Forense, which will verify the compatibility of the content with the publication proposal, as well as the adequacy regarding the technical standards for the formatting of the work. Articles that do not comply with the regulations will be returned, with the possibility of resubmission in the next editions.


Once the articles have been approved, Revista Forense is authorized to proceed with the publication. To this end, the authors assign, free of charge and permanently, the patrimonial copyright arising from the publication.
In case of refusal to publish, Revista Forense will send a letter to the authors, explaining the reasons for rejection.
The Editorial Committee of Revista Forense does not undertake to return the contributions received.
