We agree on the strategy, then our designers and the project manager decide on the composition of the creative team, what stylistic directions to consider, determine the timing and number of concepts. As an agency, we always show the client several options, because they should have a choice! They pay for it. We do not take options out of thin air, we think through each concept of the sign and identity, we visualize what is written in the strategy and in the client's "wants", we work with third-order meanings.
A month flies by, during which we conduct dozens of stylistic studies and try usa email list out many paid fonts. The result is three cool, trendy and juicy concepts, each of which corresponds to the brief and strategy.
I really wanted to present the logo and identity options in person, but it turned out that at that moment our teams were in different cities... We had to use Zoom. During the presentation, we always closely monitor the client's reaction, assess the mood of each team member - emotions speak louder than words. And then the time comes for feedback, colleagues from the client's side do not mince words... "Wow! Cool!" - they shout. "The logos turned out really cool! This is what we need!" We ourselves are delighted, hurray, our concepts hit the mark... And then, like in a joke, a project stakeholder takes the floor and says: "Everything is cool, but we need to redo it. Something is wrong."
