Both plugins are good. We have long ago chosen All in One SEO Pack, it just happened historically.

Yoast SEO seems like a more mature product: it has many features and a good structure.

The All in One SEO Pack interface looks unsightly. The forms in the administration panel are sometimes too long. But there are many times fewer ads.
