On November 22, the city of Innopolis near Kazan will host the HR-club conference for HR managers and business leaders. The conference has been held for several years now. It has become an annual traditional event that attracts the most interesting speakers with fresh views and interesting ideas to the technological capital of Russia.
"HR-club" has two organizers. The producer is Natalia Pshenichnikova, head of non-IT recruitment at the RCI recruiting agency.
"The HR-club conference was born a long time ago, we uk email database wanted to exchange experiences with our colleagues from Tatarstan and create our own community, but for the second year in a row we have gone beyond the republic - people come to us from all over our country! We consider the key value of our HR-club to be heartfelt networking and, of course, the reports: they are all practical in nature, no advertising."
The second organizer is Anastasia Koleganova, she works as the head of HR projects at JSC SEZ Innopolis.

"Any specialist who has visited us can apply all the knowledge they have gained in their work or in life tomorrow. This year, the level of the speakers is very high and we will talk to them about how to attract, retain and motivate employees during a period when the personnel shortage is breaking all records! In addition, on November 23, at one of the master classes, you can learn how to generate cool content or decide to finally create your own blog, having received the necessary knowledge. And the second master class will allow you to immerse yourself in the specifics of communicating with representatives of different generations, because it is no secret that few people know how to communicate with today's youth, for example."
The conference will definitely touch on the topic of neural networks: Polina Shebarshova, HR Lead of the online university "Zerokoder", will talk about how she uses artificial intelligence in her work.
Statistics and facts
In the West, automated hiring is no longer a surprise. According to SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), about 25% of organizations use automation or artificial intelligence (AI) to solve HR-related tasks. AI is most widespread in the recruitment area (64%), followed by training and development (43%) and performance management (25%).
The introduction of neural networks into processes brings results. According to the same SHRM study, 2 out of 3 HR specialists noted an increase in the time it takes to fill open positions, with 53% stating that it has improved to some extent, and 16% that the result has become significantly better.
You don't have to go far - companies in the Russian market have also felt the improvement. The online university "Zerokoder" has long been using neural networks to search for and hire personnel, and not expensive specialized solutions, but free or inexpensive tools. That is, those that any other Russian company can use.
According to Polina Shebarshova, HR lead at Zerocoder, the implementation of neural networks has reduced the time needed to fill a vacancy by 40%. Polina will talk about this in more detail at the HR-club conference in Innopolis on November 22 — be sure to come, it will be interesting!
And we will tell you the most important things further in this article.
Neural networks in HR
Zerocoder uses accessible tools - these are neural networks GPT-4o, YandexGPT and GigaChat. All of them are either free or relatively inexpensive, and the only additional work that can be noted is training the GPT-4o model. However, this does not require specialized knowledge and especially programming.
Using publicly available neural networks, Zerocoder's HR department significantly reduces work routine, and in just three ways.
Processing a brief from the customer. A brief can be a simple voice message describing a vacancy, requirements for the applicant, a counteroffer from the company. This unstructured information needs to be “fed” to the neural network — and it will give a vacancy compiled according to all the rules.
Analysis of responses from job seekers. Modern neural networks can not only extract keywords from the response, but also analyze them in context, as well as study the cover letter. As a result, artificial intelligence selects the most relevant vacancies, and if necessary, also justifies how suitable the applicant is for the company.
Online interview research. A very relevant moment now, when initial interviews are conducted mainly online. The neural network creates a transcript of the meeting, highlights the applicant's strengths and weaknesses, and makes recommendations. It also creates a short description of the meeting - so that the HR specialist can read the brief instead of watching the entire interview.
The result is a significant reduction in the time it takes to find new employees. In the case of Zerocoder, the savings amounted to 40%.
There are several important points:
human supervision of the neural network is still necessary;
training is also necessary - then the AI will be able to process complex scenarios.
In the future, neural networks can be used for internal HR processes, for example, to simplify the adaptation of personnel, smoothly and quickly introduce new employees to the course of business. In this sense, artificial intelligence is a real find for HR.
You can learn more about the experience of using AI in HR at the HR-club conference . Interesting speakers, a cool informal atmosphere and the beauty of the intellectual capital of Russia - the city of Innopolis await you.
