eputy CEO of K2 Tech LLC Igor Zeldets, opening the case conference on the development of computing and software base IT infrastructure for enterprise business Tech2b Conf, reported that 41% of respondents have switched to planning for one to three years, 30% - to planning for three to five years: "9% answered that their companies plan for more than five years, for example, until 2030. For 38% of respondents, import substitution is a priority task, and not only for companies from the public sector, but also for banks, industry and many others. 37% are in the process of replacing Western solutions, of brazil whatsapp resourcewhich 25% are at the implementation stage. They note that this stage is the longest and lasts several years. Only 7% of companies are at the final stages of migration, mainly corporations."

"22% of respondents do not plan to replace their IT infrastructure at all or are planning to replace only some software solutions. These are mainly companies from retail and industry," the study says.

and IT at Lenta LLC, said that the search for new systems and vendor substitution is a very pressing issue for Lenta: "Despite the fact that we do not have serious pressure from the state, we understand the risks that we have. There is less and less support. Young specialists are unlikely to go and learn foreign systems that are not on the market. They will look for something new for themselves: something that is developing. But at the same time, we have a large fragmentation in the market. We are making plans to replace all our information structures. I think that this will happen within the next three to five years. Not earlier. The market is not ready yet. We will try to optimize our systems, starting with less priority ones, replacing them with Russian solutions in all areas, including infrastructure."

Alexander Krasnov, IT Director of PJSC Yakovlev, divided the infrastructure into four levels in terms of import substitution:

- Computing power (hardware)
- Telecommunications
- Logical (including OS and virtualization systems)
- Application

"Each level of the company has different requirements for vendor substitution and import substitution. I would say that at the first two levels we focus on and build the target infrastructure vendor-independently. At the logical or applied levels, in terms of solutions, we do not adhere to the general line, but we build vendor independence in the subsequent operation of the implemented target platforms. But the task is different. All this is a tool to transform our infrastructure and make it, if not the same, performing the same functions, then integral and easy to use," noted Alexander Yakovlev.
