Kirill Sinitsyn.
He noted that a number of problems may arise when scaling the experience of interaction between companies and capital universities to regional ones. According to him, the staff of many large federal-scale companies in the regions consists of sales and implementation specialists, and the employees needed for hong kong telegram training may simply not be available in the regions.
Board of the ARPP, President of JSC InfoWatch (InfoWatch Group) Natalia Kasperskaya, who called the approach of the Ministry of Digital Development strange. She drew attention to the fact that the questions asked by Kirill Sinitsyn need answers.
"The initiative of the Ministry of Digital Development is a kind of quota: let's teach you something, for 5% of the benefits that you receive from the state, and we will give you accreditation for this. But if there are no answers to the questions asked, then it sounds like: teach someone something and somehow, and we will give you accreditation. It turns out that the cart is before the horse," said Natalya Kaspersky.
Another participant of the house concert, the founder of OOO Moi Ofis and OOO Avroid, Dmitry Komissarov, suggested "moving aside" the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Development and developing a more serious proposal for interaction between the IT industry and universities. In his opinion, it is worth paying attention to how relations between universities and IT companies are built in the USA, for example, between Silicon Valley and Stanford.
"Here the chicken is before the egg. We don't need programmers, but a resource that can think. We lack science, and anyone can be taught to program," he said.
Ivan Panchenko, head of the committee for the integration of domestic software of the ARPP "Domestic Software", deputy general director of Postgres Professional LLC, spoke about the key differences between university education and that provided by IT companies in training centers. He noted that these forms of education should not be confused.
"Companies work with training centers because it is profitable. They build a market for themselves, create qualified demand so that technical support is contacted less often, so that the company's product is in demand, etc. This is in the interests of companies, and everyone does it. And it is in the interests of the state to train specialists for the industry in general. It is clear that the Ministry of Digital Development sees that the best IT companies really work with universities, cooperating not only in necessary but also in related specialties. But at the university we do not teach specific products, for example, "Compass-3D" - we teach geometry, how a designer, mathematician and programmer should think, who will write the kernel for such systems. This is the difference between fundamental education and applied additional education, and the state should support fundamental education, this is its task, companies can help it in some way. This is exactly what the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Development is dedicated to. It is good in concept, but what will be the implementation - we will see. You can even come up with KPIs, but they must be introduced carefully, because KPIs are a vulnerable thing, for which they will immediately start to come up with some actions in order to portray it with falsifications,” noted Ivan Panchenko.
