Artificial intelligence comes to ARCOmadrid thanks to LLYC. The consultancy is promoting ARC, the first virtual assistant in the history of the Contemporary Art Fair that will be held at IFEMA Madrid from February 23 to 27. Developed with NTT Data technology, it will improve the visitor experience by offering them information about the galleries and sections, the spaces and architecture, the history of the exhibition and the new features it offers in the 2022 edition.

According to Javier Andrés , Head of Conversational AI for Europe at NTT DATA EMEAL, “ARC is the tangible representation that technology can help improve people’s experiences in any environment. We are proud to have developed the first virtual assistant in the history of ARCOmadrid.”

ARC is another step in LLYC's commitment to innovation and technology. The aim is to respond to the current needs of its clients. The consultancy firm's strategic plan includes strong growth in the DDB area, which encompasses all lines of service and solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Influence, Digital Transformation and Inbound Marketing. It is expected to represent 50% of the firm's revenues in 2024.
