For this demonstration, we took the time to download and test the plugin. We will highlight its strengths and discuss areas where improvements can be made.

We found some of their templates to be very specific. The image below is from the "Bug Tracker" template, which allows users to report bugs found on the website.

While reviewing this plugin, we discovered a lot of areas. One of the most interesting areas is the "Matrix Selection" field.

Matrix choice fields are a question format that allows people to evaluate multiple items using a grid. In this grid, Zoho Forms allows you to create selection fields with radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdown boxes, text inputs, numeric inputs, or currency fields.
