Of course, assessment centers are just snapshots and you can certainly manipulate them - but that was never my goal. I wanted objective and true feedback about myself. I want to improve - which is why my feedback in the assessment has always really helped me. Below I will show what was recognized as good in my case and what was recognized as an area for improvement in the assessment.
What was particularly good was that I was able to demonstrate transformational leadership in the assessment center . This type of leadership is often cited as very promising in the context of agility. In times of digitalization , demographic change and virtual teams, it is important to address the increasing complexity through increased self-organization. My experience shows that self-organization needs leadership - leadership that ensures the necessary freedom to develop creativity and willingness to perform, but also performance and controllability.

Good PowerPoints, clear, visual messages and eloquent language as well as the storytelling technique make the difference - according to the assessment, I was also able to use all stylistic devices such as rhetorical questions, I-messages, active listening and involving the audience effectively.
A third strength is motivation and promoting cohesion. I have involved employees particularly strongly here. It definitely requires empathy and as a young person you can learn by talking to established managers and actively listening to employees.
A fourth strength was customer and service quality. I think I learned this very well, especially from my time working for IT service providers, and customer and service quality are key components of agility. Just remember: the customer pays my salary - their wishes are a gift!
