No Derivative Works
This means that you can use the work without making any changes to it. It can be abbreviated as ND .

Share Alike​
It means that you can modify a work as you wish, as long as you also make the final work available, under the same terms as the original work. It can be abbreviated as SA.

These licenses can result in 6 different combinations:

Attribution (CC BY)
Attribution / No Derivatives (CC BY-ND)
Attribution / Share Alike (CC BY-SA)
Attribution / Non-Commercial (CC BY-NC)
Attribution / Non-Commercial / Share Alike (CC BY-NC-SA)
Attribution / Non-Commercial / No Derivative (CC BY-NC-ND)
What is a CC0 license?
