Note: This method can only be used if you have previously created a system restore point.
Step 1: Force restart your computer by pressing the power button up to 4 times until the Windows Recovery Environment screen appears.
Proceed to Troubleshooting 2.
Step 3: Select Advanced Options.
Select Advanced Options 2.
Step 4: Proceed to System Restore.
Proceed to System Restore 1.

Step 6: In the System Restore window, select the restore point you want to revert to and click Next.
Note: Click Scan for affected programs to view changes made to your system before the restore point was created.
