A maximum of 25 characters are available per callout, so you have to keep it short. And that's a good thing, because, as mentioned, the callouts are intended to highlight unique selling points and special product details - things that make you stand out from the competition.

It makes sense to use the callouts appropriately. If you post your USPs, special promotions and discounts or innovative product features here, for example, then in my opinion the CTR (click rate) of the ads could increase. In particular, the way the callouts are displayed (separated by several spaces and a hyphen each) highlights the information again and ensures appropriate attention.
