Next, we want to know what SERP features appear in our space, and whether they make sense for us to tackle.

As a supermarket chain, not only do we sell fresh food from our brick-and-mortar stores, but we also have a regularly updated blog with delicious recipes on our site, so we already have some SERP features (can anyone share location and recipe results?).

But, if for some strange reason our SERPs are filled bosnia and herzegovina number data flights and jobs, maybe we should move on to a segment we can have more influence over, and check in on that once again.

To see what we're working with, we head over to the [Current Day] SERP Features chart , make sure each feature is enabled in the legend, and select SoV: Total from the dropdown , which will show us the total share of voice generated by each feature appearing on our SERPs.



We just learned that the top two categories of voice earners are directly in our wheelhouse: locations and composition results. What a mess!

So, we’ll choose our five favorites — locations, recipes, list snippets, “People also ask” boxes, and paragraph snippets — to strategize around, and make sure only those appear on our charts.
