Types of Blockchain

Post by sumaiyakhatun26 »

The transaction processing process involves constantly checking the hashes, then the system, moving towards the top of the pyramid, rises to the last hash, confirms the integrity and correctness of all previous codes and closes the block.

If one user attempts to top up their wallet with a couple of hundred euros without confirmation from the rest of the network, the transaction will be considered invalid and will be overwritten by the hashes stored in most nodes. In other words, any unauthorized change of even a byte will change the final hash, and the blockchain will begin rechecking all the information to confirm or deny the new data.

Continuing the analogy with a book, the entries on a page can be edited while it is morocco rcs data open. The compressed content is transferred to the next page, and so on each time they are filled in. Trying to change even one point on previous sheets makes no sense: the data stored on newer pages will be different, meaning the corrections will not reach the reader. In the blockchain, each step is recorded as transactions, encrypted as hashes, and transferred to the next block. Even if a hundred people decide to adjust something in the network in their own interests, millions of other computers will not allow this.

Access to the blockchain can be open to all users or only to a limited circle of people. In the first case, we are talking about a public (open) network, in the second - about a corporate or other one, where confidential data of participants is used. An example of a popular public blockchain is Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

Private networks are used by corporations for internal purposes, such as financial transactions, but can also be used for other areas. For example, in healthcare, blockchain technology helps protect patient information, and in the entertainment industry, it is used to issue and distribute tickets for events. Blockchain can provide different levels of access and encryption complexity.
