Don't invest time and effort in vain when you can fall back on tried and tested solutions that have already brought other people the success they have longed for.
As if there were some kind of holy grail of personal branding that promised a big breakthrough. That's understandable, but not productive. If you as a consultant are convinced that you already know the best solution for the other person, you will both fall into the trap.
