How did I deal with it?

Post by sumaiyakhatun26 »

Every day I do an Asana review. I take one of my several notebooks where I constantly write something down and determine what I need to do and in what order.

For example, my list for today has 10 items I want to tackle, and I do them in that order. I do break from that rule sometimes, but then I notice that my day becomes chaotic—I’ll do one or two tasks and then I’ll do something else.

Thanks to the list I have prepared in advance, I consistently stick to the established plan.

Besides, crossing out completed tasks in a notebook gives me much more satisfaction than mexico rcs data checking them off in Asana, even if it is accompanied by animations that motivate me to continue.

The second thing about Asana concerns specific types of tasks.
There are some tasks that you can't do all at once. After some time, you need to come back to them to see if you've achieved the desired effect.

For example, when we need to send a brief to someone else on a project, we check the task off as done and forget that it would be worth coming back to the topic. We would then need to review the current list of tasks or projects again.
